About virtualHi
virtualHi is a Hong Kong studio, founded in 2020 and based in Wanchai. We're an official Crestron Services Provider — approved by Crestron as an independent programming firm — and the same in-house team builds web apps, custom AI assistants, and handles day-to-day IT for businesses without their own IT staff.
The studio is small on purpose: we take few projects at a time, and on every one of them you talk to the person actually doing the work.

What does virtualHi do?+
A Hong Kong studio and official Crestron Services Provider, working across Crestron smart-home programming, Progressive Web Apps, custom AI assistants (WhatsApp + web), custom MCP servers and RAG that connect tools like Claude to a business's own systems, business email hosting, and IT consulting / hosting. On every project you talk to the person doing the work.
Where is virtualHi based?+
Hong Kong — studio in Wanchai. Crestron work covers residences plus boutique hotels, serviced apartments and commercial premises; web-technology work serves HK SMEs and organisations.
Do you outsource Crestron programming?+
No. We are an official Crestron Services Provider with a Crestron Certified Programmer writing the control logic ourselves. The programming is done in-house, never subcontracted — the person who writes your system's code is the person you talk to.
Can you work on a Crestron system someone else installed?+

Do you do Crestron for hotels or commercial premises?+
