Our Story
virtualHi started in 2021 with a stubborn idea: high-end IT work in Hong Kong shouldn't require routing through a layer of account managers, project managers, and offshore subcontractors.
Today we run as a Hong Kong studio. Crestron programming for residences. Web apps for ambitious SMEs. Custom AI assistants that answer customers and take the busywork off your team. IT consulting for businesses that need a steady hand without a full in-house team. On every project, you talk to the person actually doing the work.
It's a deliberately small operation. It also means we say no a lot - and that's why the work we do say yes to is exceptional.

A note on team size
virtualHi is founder-led - a Crestron Certified Programmer at the centre, writing every line of control logic and every line of frontend code that ships under our name.
For larger engagements we extend with a vetted bench of specialists: lighting designers, AV integrators, and additional front-end developers. They work under direct briefing from us, not as a subcontracted black box.
